Years 5 and 6 used their Maths, Writing, Geography and Computing skills to produce short animations clips showing some of the many processes that happen for the food we are lucky to eat ends up on our plates. They also explored the impact that failed crops, low rainfall and poverty have upon people's lives both abroad and here in their local communities.
These short animations were then shown at our harvest assembly, where the children presented our local partner charity CAP (Communities Against Poverty) with the food that had been collected.
