Take a look at the fantastic photographs of the Y3/Y4 residential to Robin Hood’s Bay. The children enjoyed a fun-packed 4 days exploring the beach, a day trip to Whitby; where they sampled the most delicious milkshakes and took a boat trip out to Sandsend. We had a visit from a strange old lady (or was she a witch?) telling tales of smugglers. On Sunday, we went on a 7 ½ mile walk along the old railway lines, stopping off for a spot of lunch under the dark arches of the railway bridge. Sunday night was disco night! The children danced the night away showing off some of their best moves. Scrumptious food, served at The Bay Hotel, kept up the children’s energy all weekend long. Chicken nuggets, fish and chips, pizza, Sunday dinner and puddings galore were just some of the tasty treats on the menu.
