Discuss with someone at home how you are feeling today?

Why are you feeling that way?

I would like you to discuss with someone at home about a time when you felt angry?

What made you angry?

Can you write it down in your book?

How do you calm down when you are angry?

Today, I would like you to spend 10 minutes look out your window and watch the clouds floating in the sky, this always helps me when I am angry!

Help out Thursday

  • Enjoys joining in with family customs and routines.


This afternoon I want you to help at home!

Find out a task that someone does at home on a Thursday, can you help complete the task?

Can you help out at home?

Can you hoover?

Can you help prepare lunch?

Can you tidy up your toys?

Today is all about helping out!

You should be practising reading daily for at least 10 minutes.

You can read anything!

Some examples of reading are: Reading book, newspaper, cereal box, ingredients, eBook, writing and reading your own stories, listening to stories on YouTube.

Write what you have been reading every day in your reading record.
