Reptile and Mini-beast Visitors

KS1 had a fantastic time handling some amazing animals. We were face to face with all sorts of creatures and the children remembered lots of facts we've learned in Science as well as learning lots of new information. We encountered some unusual creatures; a Madagascan cockroach  and a Chinese water dragon  (which can hold its breath for 15 minutes under water)!

Have a look at the photos and see if you can identify the different snakes. There is a corn snake, milk snake and an albino royal python. We also met a blue tongued skink and a 12 year old female tarantula named Ace! We loved every minute!
