WALT- Understand our feelings.
Starter- I know lockdown has made life very different recently and it can be very hard staying home and not seeing your friends or coming to school. It is important to know how well you are all doing! Using the feelings mat below, please describe how you are feeling to someone in your house and why you are feeling this way. If you are not feeling happy you could discuss strategies for how to feel better.
Task- Draw a picture of yourself and how you are feeling in your unlined book. You could draw yourself with a smile if you are feeling happy or a surprised face. Around your self portrait write about what makes you happy. Where do you feel most happy? Who makes you most happy? How do you make yourself feel happy when you are sad?
