Ball Skills
Outside in your garden practice simple ball control skills with your child such as throwing, catching, kicking, rolling and bouncing a ball. Create a goal post or a target to see how many goals can they score or how many times they can hit the target. This will help with motor skills, hand-eye coordination and taking turns. It will also help to burn off some extra energy!
