Attitude of gratitude
Task - Ask your child to focus on their breathing. If they want to, they can close their eyes.
Encourage them to think of one thing they are thankful for / happy about and encourage them to keep this in their mind.
Ask them to notice any feelings or sensations that arise
Allow them to concentrate on this for a couple of minutes.
