It’s the end of another busy week and you’ve all been working hard. It’s important to look after ourselves and make sure we stay happy and mindful.
- Find a quiet place at home where you can sit comfortably.
- Now, focus on your breathing, counting your breaths in and out.
- “I am breathing in 1, I am breathing out 1, I am breathing in 2, I am breathing out 2…”. Continue this until you reach 10.
- You can close your eyes if you wish.
