Maths Alive
Over the space of this week Year 1's Numeracy work has come alive!
Everyday a group has visited Tesco's buying an item or two using money and working out how much change they will have left. We became very familiar with the vocabulary 'exact amount' as the children all too well maximised their spending capabilities.
