Find ½ of numbers up to 100 (thinking about even numbers)? Can you half odd numbers?

Use the number grid to help you!

 

Can you find ¼ of these amounts?  4, 20, 16, 24, 32, 8, 36, 48, 60

Can you find 2/4 of the same numbers?  How about ¾? 

 

Which numbers can you find a 1/3 of? What do you notice about these numbers?

 

Draw 6 circles. On each circle, shade; 1 whole, 1 half, 1 quarter, 2 quarters, 3 quarters and 1 third. What do you notice about 2/4 and ½? True or false 1/3 is more than ¾?

 

Find 4 shapes in your house to draw around. Now draw a line/lines of symmetry. Colour in the different parts. How many shapes can you find that have more than one line of symmetry?
