As part of our Literacy work this term, Year 1 and 2 had the opportunity to investigate a mysterious scene on the banking of their school. Unusually large eggs, bones and footprints were found at the scene. Furthermore, KS1 received a special message from scientist Dr. Kolorov who informed the children of the egg epidemic. Year 1 and 2 decided to write a newspaper report to let the school and City know about their discovery. They gathered evidence of the items taking pictures using the iPads, measured the footprints and looked for clues around the school to explain the strange phenomenon.
