The IQM process provides a complete picture of what is happening in a school in a form which is understandable to a broad audience. It allows our school to ensure we have an open, honest and humane approach to the needs of the whole school community and that we are very self-aware, through review, quality assurance and good knowledge of school data. It ensures that we actively seek maximum success for each and every learner. We have a clearly stated development agenda, an enthusiastic and supportive staff (who are dedicated to progressing learning) and motivated pupils.
