Today we are going to be looking at rhyming.
What is a rhyming word?
Can you discuss at home what a rhyming word is?
Rhyming words are words that sound the same at the end.
So, for instance:
Ride and slide sound the same at the end so they rhyme.
Whereas,
Cow and fox do not have the same sound at the end.
Your challenge today is to find rhyming words. I have found some rhyming words for the word red
Red, bed, ted, led, fed, shed
