Reading at home

It is very important to read with your child everyday. You can read to them or they can read/ retell a simple story to you. Talk about their favourite books/ stories with them. Ask them questions such as why do you think that happened? What do you think will happen next? How do you think the story will end? etc.

Every week Mrs Stott will be reading a story on the schools Facebook page for you to enjoy.
